I can't thank you enough for everything you did to get my new MINI!! You absolutely went above & beyond (6:30pm on a Saturday night... New Year's Day, no less) and I can't tell you how much I apprieciate you! Now when I'm "selling" MINIs I'll be sending them to you!

Mr. Desmond,
I wanted to take a moment to extend a note of satisfaction to you. In an industry that often receives a bad rap, there are still some that still do the job the way it is intended or should be in my opinion.
Bryan Armbruster was a fine example of what we need more of in the experience of auto purchasing/leasing. From beginning to end, the experience with Bryan was first class and he represented Hendrick Auto beyond expectations in the process of making a rather big decision. Let it be known with this email that my wife Amy and I leased a car because of ONLY Bryan! He was patient and knowledgeable about a product that he is obviously beyond passionate about (he drives a wicked one himself). No one can teach passion, it comes from the soul and from a belief system. Being in sales myself, it is very clear when working with someone if passion is there or not. With Bryan, it was never in doubt. MINI is a product purchase decision that can not be made in 30 minutes, unless the customer has done great work in advance on it, or has had one before (we fall into neither). Please know that Bryan spent extra time knowing he had a customer when we (my wife and I) were able to identify our "must haves" and "can do without's" in our mutual decision process. Bryan got it done all the way through and was a consultant "NOT" a salesman (in the classic sense of just sell something) while doing so!
I ask that you take a moment to recognize Bryan for doing a tremendous job, and hope the organization is grateful to have him, he is a rare individual who has obviously been raised well and has a good moral compass! If he were not my rep, "I WOULD NOT HAVE" bought a MINI on 6/30/2010, end of story and no exception. I sincerely hope you can read into that without my having to say anything more on the matter.
This is the second auto I have leased from Hendrick (a 2007 Acura TL bring the first in March 2007) and intend to do so again in the future, so long as you have more Bryan's on staff!!
I would like it if you would CC this to Mr. Hendrick himself.

I have now had my new MINI for 6 wonderful days and it is still WOW. We took it to Boone this weekend and enjoyed driving it on the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as on all the curvy roads. It is so much fun. I know I made the right decision.
I want to thank you again for your help and your introduction to Miles Honeycutt. Miles took very good care of me. I felt I received very personal customer service, but at the same time time felt each customer probably goes away with this feeling. He also set me up with Bryan Armbruster, my motoring advisor.
Bryan was amazing. I knew I wanted a MINI but had not looked at one or drove one before visiting the showroom. Bryan was considerate, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He obviously knows the MINI product very well and seemed to know the details of each car on the lot. By the time I chose the MINI I bought, I felt like I had made the right choice for all the right reasons. Then Bryan made sure my MINI was set up and customized for me before I left.
Brant Bezila, the business manager, was a joy to work with as well. Usually the financial details are a rather dry business, but Brant was a personable and professional as were all of the people I encountered at Hendrick MINI.
This had to be the most pleasant automobile buying experience I have ever had. Each person I encountered seemed determined to make sure I bought the MINI that met my needs and wants and that I got a good deal that fit my finances.
Thank you again John for helping to set me up with Hendrick MINI. Please let Mr. Hendrick know how much I appreciate his dedication to great customer service.

Extra thanks to Michelle Efird for her professionalism, knowledge, and extra care she took to be sure all my issues and questions were addressed. In addition, I do notice that every time I visit Hendrick Mini, the energy is always positive and all the staff seem to really enjoy being there. That is something that is very difficult to accomplish especially in our current economy, but as a consumer, I leave there feeling happy as well and feeling that there truly is something special about owning a Mini. Thank you again.

Kristen was absolutely the BEST !!! She went above and beyond for me and took care of everything. She and I e-mailed and talked on the phone daily. I have recommended her and Hendrick to several people and told them how wonderful I was treated. I am so very happy with my MINI and looking forward to years of motoring with her.
Kristen should be Motoring Advisor of the YEAR in my book.

I would like to take the time to recognize your great work. I brought my wife’s MINI in for service Friday, February 20th. This was my first MINI service experience. I was pleased with the professionalism of the complete service experience. Most of all I was impressed with the level of service you provided.
