The 2024 MINI Convertible is a small two-door car with a stylish and distinctly European design. It offers great performance and handling. It's simply a fun little convertible to cruise around the streets of Charlotte in. Here at Hendrick MINI, we want to share some of our favorite MINI Convertible performance features.
There are three available engines, depending on your trim level. The base engine is a turbocharged 1.5-liter with three cylinders. This model makes 134 horsepower, which offers good acceleration for such a small car with FWD (front-wheel drive). The MINI Convertible S has a TwinPower Turbo 2.0-liter 4-cylinder that cranks out 189 horsepower.
For the ultimate power and performance, we recommend the John Cooper Works variant of the MINI Convertible. It used the same 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo Engine as the previous trim, but with some fine-tuning. These sporty models produce 228 horsepower and 235 pound-feet of torque for brisk acceleration.
